Police Checks

Please email mhlc.president@gmail.com if you require a new police check to receive link to VOUCHER.

 

Please be advised that all bench personnel (Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Trainers) and Managers must now have a current Background Information Check and VSS Police Clearance.  If you have completed a VSS police check with the Medicine Hat Police Service or RCMP for another agency, within the last two years, please submit your completed Police Check documentation via email to medicinehatlacrosse@gmail.com 

There will be no prompt for payment if the VOUCHER is used. If you require a letter for the RCMP, please email mhlc.president@gmail.com
